Life is a good learning process wherein you enjoy each and every hour of your day.
last 2 to 3 weeks have been hectic on personal front; there was lot of touring for academic conferences, marriages to attend, lots of patients to be seen in clinic and many more surgeries.
Life is a good learning process wherein you enjoy each and every hour of your day. The mo rning starts with physical exercise which helps you to remain physically fit and destress mentally; followed by prayers and worshipping God; the bliss you enjoy while prayers and worship is undescribable and then after healthy breakfast starts the day with operations. Each operation is unique though a routine procedure at this stage of practice, because each patient has different intellect, anxiety level ,expectations out of operation and not necessarily two eyes are same. It is fun to review the records of your operation and study them. you understand how could you have done better.
The consulting starts with different patients coming from different parts of the country with different problems and at this stage , patients come for 2nd or 3 rd opinion.
The day ends at 9 or 9.30 pm followed by dinner and some religious reading and followed by good night sleep of 7 hours.

The conference at Palampur in Himachal process was a good outing and learning with lectures from Prof Eckhardt of Germany and Paul Mitchell from Sydney. They were master presentation. My own presentation was also well appreciated.
Meeting Dr.Preetam Singh and his wife Dr.Reena was delightful ; and had a wonderful time with legend like Dr.Daljitsingh and InduSingh and Ravijit Singh from Amritsar.
