Role of OCT in planning treatment in Diabetic retinopathy Ref No:-09-02329
• This 73 years old male presented with diabetic maculopathy & vision of 6/24
• He also had an operable cataract.
• One would have treated him with laser for maculopathy & cataract surgery.
• However OCT showed vitreo macular traction.
• He underwent cataract surgery with vitrectomy & laser & has improved vision to 6/6 N6
