This Quality Manual is prepared to meet ISO 9001-2000 requirements and forms the basis for quality management system.

The basic quality management system that is implemented for "Provision of Medical Services for Total Eyecare and Superspecialisation in Retina and Vitreous Disorders on OPD and Indoor basis" has been out-lined in this manual.

This quality manual includes:

(a)  Scope of management system.

(b)  Reference to documented operating procedures (which in turn refers to        work instructions), Reference documents, forms and records.

(c)   Interaction between the processes of quality management system RD -11.

(d)  There are no out sourcing activities carried out by the organisation.

(e)  There are no exclusion in this quality manual.

OBJECTIVES
